Refund Policy

Because much of our work is custom-made, returns are limited.

FINAL SALE ITEMS


No returns or refunds on:
  • Custom or commissioned artwork
  • Personalized portraits
  • Digital products 

ELIGIBLE RETURNS (NON-CUSTOM ART ONLY)


 

  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Artwork must be unused and in original condition
  • Buyer pays return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable



DAMAGED ITEMS


 If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide clear photos of damage and packaging
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion



NON-RETURNABLE REASONS


 If your order arrives damaged:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color differences due to screen settings
  • Minor artistic variations



REFUNDS


  •  Issued to the original payment method
  • Allow 7–10 business days after approval



ORDER CANCELLATION


  • Non-custom orders: cancel within 24 hours
  • Custom orders: cannot be canceled once production begins
